Same Day Fresh Flower Orders:

  • Order payment before 2:00pm for same-day delivery.

 

Fresh Flower Orders:

  • Delivery within the chosen schedule either 10-2pm or 2-6pm.
    For specific time delivery arrangements, an extra fee of $100 will occur during checkout.

 

Gifts & Lifestyle Products:

  • The product will be delivered by S.F. Express or self-pickup by customers at the shop.
  • For self-pick up products at the shop, they will be kept for 90 days after product launch. The customer is requested to pick it up within 90 days after the product launch.
  • Hahahaflorist Limited reserves the right to handle the product if it is not picked up within 90 days after product launch without prior notice to the customer.

 

Flower Subscription Orders:

  • Delivery within the chosen schedule during checkout.
    Reschedule 48 hours before the delivery date.
